The head office of the company is located in Kottayam in the state of Kerala. Kosamattam Finance provides loans against pledge of household ornaments to businessmen, vendors, traders, farmers, employees, and families in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Delhi, Gujarat and Telangana and the Union Territory of Puducherry. In addition to the gold loan, it also offers fee-based additional services such as microfinance, money transfer services, power generation, foreign currency exchange, agriculture, and air ticketing services.
