1) I am not prohibited and eligible for applying in the IPOs.

2) I am fully aware of SEBI regulations relating to bidding in IPOs and shall abide by all rules & regulations related to SEBI Equity/ Debt IPO guidelines & other regulators.

3) I agree and will bid applications within specified time provided as per the IPO guidelines for bidding.

4) I will not make RR Group including its subsidiary/associate company responsible for any error or non or wrong allotment due to wrong bidding / mistake and its consequent losses.

5) I will undertake to indemnify and keep indemnified RR GROUP including its subsidiaries or associate companies or its affiliates from any loss/claim which may occur due to any reason consequent to bidding in IPOs done by us on the bidding terminal provided by RR Equity Brokers Pvt. Ltd.
